We have a strict & enforced 24-hour cancellation policy. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are very importnat to the team members of Coiffeteria Salon, it is time reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice  for cancellations. Our apoointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointments you booked months ago.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply.

• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount 
• Appointment “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. All guests are required to place a credit card on file to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless our Cancellation Policy is violated. If you do not wish to have a card on file, you may prepay for your appointment.
