Need to Reschedule? Cancellation Guidelines

Your reservation is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with guests on our waiting list. Our reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget when you booked months ago.

We realize that “real life” intrudes on previously laid plans. For this reason, it is our policy to give each guest a second chance the first time they cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, the second time an appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours or missed completely, our guests will be asked to place a credit card on file in order to book future reservations.

In the event that a third reservation is canceled within 24 hours or missed completely, the guest will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Coiffeteria Salon. If you are struggling with your cut or color we ask you contact us within 7 days of your service so that we may get you back in for a redesign service. 

We stand behind the product lines we carry and want you to be happy with the products you are using. If a retail product purchased at Coiffeteria Salon does not meet your expectations, it may be exchanged for another retail product within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

All makeup, brushes, and styling tools are final sale.
